Get Your Holiday Cards Started with BLOG CANDY!!!!

For those of you who are lucky enough to have stumbled upon my humble blog, you have earned a chance to win some delicious blog candy courtesy of Kate at i {heart} papers. In her munificence (look it up — this is also an educational blog!), she is giving her amazingly talented Design Team members some goodies to give out to celebrate the opening of her splendiferous new online store. But not all of us at the same time. You're gonna have to work for it a little and keep checking all of our blogs! You can see them all listed in my sidebar, or here. It might behoove you (oh, I'm loving this!) to subscribe to all of our blogs. Ya know, so you don't miss anything!

OK, so I have decided to let you vie for a stamp set from Inkadinkado called Winter Shapes that will be perfect for you to use on your holiday cards. Isn't it gorgeous?!!!!!All you have to do to win it is leave me a comment on this entry. Tell me anything. The name of your favorite holiday song, the best holiday present you ever got, what your favorite thing is on the i {heart} papers site, how much you love my work, anything! The deadline for entries is 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday, November 7th. I will somehow figure out how to randomly select from all entries and announce it sometime Friday evening/night, depending on how long it takes me to figure it out! One entry per person, please. EDITED TO ADD: If you are leaving a comment anonymously (without a Blogger or some other account), please make sure your name and email address are in your comment so I can contact you if you win!

Now go tell all your friends, and check out my teammates' blogs to see who else is giving away goodies this week!

Carolyn, I love your blog! I just love the smells of Christmas....the cookies baking....the wassail....holiday candles in pine and cinnamon! And the Christmas music! I have SO Many Christmas CD's! My favorite Christmas gift is from my DH. It is a beautiful porcelain doll dressed in purple in a wood and glass case. She has a swarovski crystal necklace and fur around her neck and wrists. He always buys me the most wonderful things for Christmas.

I love this just found site! Thank you ctorina from SCS. I followed your link etc and found all kinds of wonderful things. I'll have eye cany and mind candy for days!! LOL!! Now down to business....on "The Site" I love the "cat silhouettes". I am cat crazy and mother to one little black darling, 6 lb. four-legged baby. I fell head-over heels in love with the Christmas images of the angel and the reindeer with the "trails" behind them. I may have to go shopping. Thanks to both of you for a delightful afternoon of reading, looking and learning! I'll be back!
DonnaB
P.S. OH YEAH...my favorite song is Away in the Manager.

Carolyn, I'm so glad I stumbled upon your blog.... I'll have to bookmark it... I LOVE using big words... I just think they're so much exuberant! My favorite Christmas present would have to be a necklace that my parents gave me years ago. They took a ring that was my grandfather's mother's and turned it into a necklace so that I'd have a piece of family history with me whenever I wore it.

Great blog Carolyn! My favorite Christmas song is Winter Wonderland by the Partridge Family. Corny, I know, but we played that album to death at Christmas time when I was a kid, and now it doesn't seem like Christmas without it playing in the background.

Loved to have a chance to win! My favorite Christmas present was probably the carnival glass pitcher and set of glasses given to me by my great aunt. I don't love the carnival glass, but I'm a sentimental fool, and this set had been purchased by my great-grandmother in the early 20s. Love that!
